Pet Policy Program

In order to increase the applicant pool and to mitigate vacancy loss, the Origin Companies will always promote our Pet Policy Program with our owner/investors.  Understandably many owners and clients have been apprehensive about allowing pets in their property and for good reasons.  We address this with our simple approach of explaining the expectations to the tenant and holding them financially and legally accountable for any damages.  The best part of our pet program is that it does not cost the owner anything and offers a peace of mind.  Our pet program includes:

 

• A "meet and greet" with a member of the Origin Companies Management team

• A photo of the pet and all veterinary records to ensure health and vaccines

• Separate pet agreement signed and notarized by all tenants

• Additional "pet deposit" added to security deposit

• Biannual inspections of the property specifically looking for pet damage
