Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings

Guide clients through the buying or selling process, following our multi-point plan to achieve excellence in working with each client

Requirements/Qualifications:

Licensed in New York State as a real estate broker

Passionate about building and developing teams

Working knowledge of web-based applications such as On-Line Residential (OLR), StreetEasy, NY Times Real Estate, Postlets, Nestio and BrokerLoop
-
Experience in New York City real estate sales and/or rentals
-
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Must be resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
-
Highly motivated, committed, dedicated individual who shows initiative and drive for success
-
Must procure and maintain a real estate salesperson’s license as required
-
Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Advanced financial background with knowledge of Excel and Argus modeling
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-
Basic understanding of statistics/quantitative analysis; and basic understanding of finance (e.g., concepts of presentvalue and return on investment)

Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and sales skills essential

Must possess personal and professional integrity
Duties include but not limited to:

Actively pursue / manage your own book of business

Build a sales or rental team

Develop, improve marketing collateral

Act as a resource and be available for junior salespeople

Employ strategic selling techniques to manage each transaction to a successful close and maintain a high closing ratio

Represent the interests of client
-
Responsible for the preparation of marketing materials (including flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, and maps)

Work closely with broker and agent s to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, as well as conducting comparative market analysis information for clients

Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
-
Prepare financial analyses comparing purchase versus lease options
